Vegan Carrot Cake Bliss Balls - sustain your energy for endurance

  • 70 g pecans

  • 70 g walnuts

  • 50 g desiccated coconut + 20g for coating

  • 50 g pitted dates or unsulphured apricots

  • 80 g chopped carrot

  • ¼ tsp each of ground cinnamon,

  • (If using fresh ginger instead of ground ginger then reduce carrot by 10g and use a thumb of grated fresh ginger).

Blend - roll into balls and roll onto coconut to coat ... Consume ideally whilst up mountain or midst field/water 💪.


The carrots keep this moist so a great option for on-the-go heavy hitting endurance. They are also super rich in vitamin A and C, lovely for skin health when in the elements. The fatty acids support prolonged energy to avoid the bonks, whilst the dried fruit gives immediate hit for use NOW or to get you out of a slump.
