Sticky Fruit’n Nut Balls
Love these new vegan, refined sugar and gluten-free balls ... made just like flapjacks with a baking time of 15 mins.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1/4 cup ground almonds
Handful of walnuts
1 tblsp tahini
1 tblsp coconut oil - melted
1 tblsp raisins
1/4 grated apple
1 banana - mashed
2 wholegrain rice cakes - broken into small pieces
Mix together all dry ingredients over a warm heat in a pan. Remove from heat, asdif the banana and apple.
Grease a baking sheet and roll the mixture into balls. Bake for 12-15mins at 160C.
