About our workshops

 

Our interactive workshops cover topics across the FEEL Well Pillars of food, exercise and movement, emotional wellbeing and lifestlye habits. Our workshops can be delivered online or face-to-face 

 

Our new NUTRITION EDUCATION SERIES provides a 6 week video-based workshop to share specific details on key aspects of nutrition for health, including metabolism, cardiovascular risk, food for stress management and immune function. 

 

Our ultimate goal is for an engaging and fun experience that educates without lecturing. Our workshops always include a Q&A slot to allow the audience to get down to the nitty-gritty on their burning wellbeing questions.
