Choccy Hemp Cup

This is the beginning of something beautiful between Hemp & us...

Serves 2:

🥄1 tablespoon creme fraiche (for DF: Coconut cream) 

1 tsp cacao powder

1 tblsp ground hemp seeds

1 pinch cinnamon

1 pinch stevia leaf powder

Optional additions:

1 hint Himalayan salt

1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger

Mix and pile it into 2 egg cups. A perfect treat alongside your coffee. ☕️

Why this is so great NUTRITIONALLY: 

😄Hemp is an awesome fat-heavy seed that provides Gamma-Linolenic-Acid (GLA) a building block for hormone-like anti-inflammatory chemicals called Prostaglandins. They can help control hormonal balance and therefore be incredibly valuable for PMS and other hormone imbalances. 

😁Hemp has also been associated with reducing inflammatory cells in rheumatoid arthritis, therefore benefiting those with the disorder 

😄Hemp has been linked to supporting those with skin issues / from flakey scalp to eczema, psoriasis and acne. This may be due to its anti inflammatory properties as well as its ability to support gut cleansing (due to its high content of soluble fiber)
