Ginger Boost Mousse

Serves 2-4

1 small avocado 1.5 small bananas 2 small organic eggs (separated) 1 kiwi 1 tblsp shredded fresh ginger ☝️Whisk egg whites, add 1 mashed banana and gently continue to whisk for 15 seconds ☝️Blend egg yolks with avocado, kiwi, 1/2 banana ☝️Gently fold the banana-egg white mix into the avocado blend

🥑Avocado is an incredible fruit containing a blend of antioxidants for skin and immunity, as well as a lovely high level of the anti-inflammatory monounsaturated fats. Oleic avid found in avocado fats (and olive oil) is associated with the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet. It is also very high in fiber and a range of vitamins and minerals. (High in energy, careful you don’t go overboard. Aim for no more than 1/2 avocado a day) #avocado
