Service Description

A personalised online support package. Includes your initial 2 hr consultation along with follow up consultations (two options: "Simple" or "Gold") over the course of 12 weeks. During the initial consultation we will analyse your current health, your nutrition and lifestyle habits and your toxic exposure risk - looking at detail into symptoms linked to gut health, blood sugars, adrenals, thyroid, gall bladder, liver, female/male health and immune function. Charlotte aims to provide realistic, targeted dietary and lifestyle actions for you that focus on rebalancing your body with unique support for you. A personal whatsapp is part of this package from 9-2pm Mon-Thurs.
