FEEL - the 4 corners of wellbeing
Food. FEEL nourished.
Exercise. FEEL energised. Emotions. FEEL happier.
Lifestyle. FEEL better.

FOOD | feel nourished
Within the Food corner of wellbeing you find our Diet & Wellbeing Reset which includes a food diary review in line with your wellbeing concerns. We also share current research and insights on nutritional health through our Workshops and Communications, whilst creating our very own Balancore bites - nourishing recipes that taste great and aim to fit into a hectic lifestyle.

EXERCISE | feel energised
Balancore's philosophy on exercise and movement is based on integrating the key "Pilates Principles" into your every day movement and a physical exercise routine. We hold Pilates and Fitness Training classes for private clients and groups at your home or the workplace. From July you will also be able to find us at 2 Edinburgh studios (see instagram on July 1st). Our bespoke movement programs revolve around your FEEL aims, your lifestyle and your postural rehabilitation. Corporate organisations can arrange bespoke employee movement programs through their Employee Wellbeing package.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH | feel happier
Your emotions and mental health reflects and/or dictates the success of your physical wellbeing. However, in many standard wellbeing programs, this topic is often seen as being easier to ignore than to explore. Through all our services, you have the opportunity to reflect on how your own emotional and mental health may motivate or hinder your health transformation. Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming and tested behaviour change techniques for this process means you can get the most out of your program. Due to the sensitivity of this area, we also engage a clinical psychologist for additional expertise who reflects our approach.

LIFESTYLE | feel better
All Balancore services affect the activities of your daily life (your "ADL"s). Throughout your Resets, or our Workshops, we identify opportunities to make subtle healthy changes to your day-to-day existence outside of the gym and the kitchen. These may be as simple as taking the stairs, or remembering to look at your food when taking a mouthful. Interestingly, it is these ADL changes that are behind some of the biggest client successes.
